After dining on Food in Bloom's irresistible fare for many years, Portland partygoers wanted more. They wanted to be able to pop in to their neighborhood café and savor a freshly baked chocolate hazelnut scone made with pure cream & butter, or indulge in possibly the city's best burger & fries.
