WINE AND DINE

October 03, 2008

When the cool wet spring of the Pacific Northwest finally gives way to our pristine summers, everyone's thoughts turn to dinner in the wine country. Many Willamette Valley wineries offer space for al fresco dining, and turn to Food In Bloom to deliver meals that are the epitome of the season.

When Archery Summit called upon us to cater their annual Salmon Festival dinner, guests were treated to a three course meal paired beautifully with Archery Summit's wines, all served on a breezy bluff overlooking the Yamhill valley. Complementing the salmon were lamb & vegetables grown by local farms not 30 miles away from the dinner site. From earth to table, Food In Bloom understands the "experience of place" when planning your wine country dinner.
