Cocktail of the Month – September

Ingredients:

  • 2  oz. rum (dark or light)
  • .5 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • .5  oz. simple syrup
  • 4 raspberries (can be frozen or fresh)

Instructions:

  • Muddle raspberries, rum, lemon and simple syrup
  • Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice
  • Top with ginger beer
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries or lemon twist
