Kurt Beadell, Creative Director-Owner
|Kurt is equally versed in food, design and fine arts and has an uncanny ability to imagine spectacular concepts and translate them into dramatic realities. He has spent years in the kitchen as a pastry chef and has worked with some of Portland’s best culinary teams. He grew to fully appreciate the artistry of food and the concept of “eating with your eyes.” Today he applies this same philosophy to events and décor and offers his creative ideas to the Food in Bloom team. Kurt also guides the lead sales team and assists with relationship development.
His artwork has been featured in several Portland-area galleries, including the Museum of Contemporary Craft, and his personal art collection has been featured on OPB.

|Art has more than 30 years of experience in business management, catering and restaurants. In addition to directing business operations, he helps direct the power of the creative team and provides a sense of balance to the organization.
He has held several senior management positions with one of the largest food service companies in the world, and was the general manager of Atwater’s Restaurant and Founders Club for more than a decade. Art helped Atwater’sgrow to become one of the finest restaurants in the Pacific Northwest, ultimately blazing the trail for the region’s thriving culinary culture.
